- by displaying names, designation, telephone numbers and location of the officials
- by providing information and facilitation counters
- by providing information regarding procedures and legal remedies
- by informing public their rights, entitlement and duties
efficient
- by providing services promptly and correctly
- acknowledging communication from people on the spot or within seven days and furnishing replies within thirty days
- redressing of all complaints and grievances within thirty days
responsive
- by prompt action for solving the problems faced by the public
- by reviewing this charter in every six months for inclusion or omission of services on the basis of discussion and interaction with the public
transparent
- by providing information on demand wherever applicable
- by providing information regarding services in form of leaflets and handouts at facilitation counters or notices prominently displayed at the notice board
We expect the people to give their support and suggestions in our service to the people.
